Heinz and Mott’s Kids’ Food Products Recalled in Canada Over Spoilage Risk

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has issued a recall for three children’s food products from Heinz and Mott’s due to concerns that their seals may break, leading to possible food spoilage.

The affected products include Heinz apple, broccoli, pea, and brown rice pouches, as well as Mott’s Fruitsations Fruit Rockets in Unsweetened Strawberry flavor. These items were sold both individually and in four-packs.

Consumers who have purchased these products are advised to either discard them or return them to the store for a refund.

Parents should monitor their children for symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea if they have consumed the recalled items. Medical attention should be sought immediately if any of these symptoms occur.
