Macy’s has announced a recall of its Holiday Lane infant footed pajamas due to a potential injury hazard. The ankle elastic on the pajamas can be too tight, which may restrict blood circulation in infants. This recall affects several styles sold exclusively at Macy’s stores and online.
Recalled Product Details
The recall involves five styles of Holiday Lane-branded footed pajamas. They were sold in infant sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months, and 6-9 months. Each pajama has “Holiday Lane” printed on the neck label, and the size and style numbers are listed on the care tag located on the side seam.

What Consumers Should Do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled pajamas and keep them away from children.
To receive a refund, visit recallrtr.com/footedpajamas and complete the recall form. Macy’s will send a pre-paid envelope for returning the pajamas. After receiving the item, Macy’s will issue a $26.50 refund by check. Consumers should not return the items to stores.
Reported Incidents
Macy’s has received four reports of infants experiencing chafing, red marks, or restricted blood circulation due to tight ankle elastic.
Sales Information
The recalled pajamas were sold from March 2024 through January 2025 for about $27. They were available at Macy’s stores, including Macy’s Backstage, and online at macys.com.
