Aldi Recalls Stuffed Salmon Due to Undeclared Soy Allergen

Santa Monica Seafood has voluntarily recalled its Atlantic Salmon Portions with Seafood Stuffing sold at Aldi stores in California, Nevada, and Arizona due to an undeclared soy allergen. The omission poses a serious health risk for individuals with soy allergies, including the potential for life-threatening anaphylaxis.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) posted the recall notice after the allergen was discovered during a routine inspection. The affected 16-ounce products have a use or freeze-by date of June 2, 2025.
