June 5, 2025 — A popular frozen dessert sold at Aldi is being pulled from shelves in 13 states after a packaging error failed to warn consumers about a potential allergen.

Camerican International, a New Jersey-based food manufacturer, has issued a recall of its Casa Mamita Churro Bites Filled with Chocolate Hazelnut Cream after discovering the product contains milk, which was not declared on the packaging. The omission could pose a serious or life-threatening risk to individuals with a milk allergy.
